  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions:

  1. Preheat a grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground lamb, crumbled feta cheese, chopped fresh mint, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well to incorporate all the ingredients.
  3. Divide the lamb mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties.
  4. Grill the lamb patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a few seconds.

  • If you don't have fresh mint, you can use dried mint instead, but reduce the amount by half.
