Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the beef mixture into small patties that are slightly larger than the size of your slider buns.
- Preheat a grill, grill pan, or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the beef patties for approximately 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly golden.
- Place a cooked beef patty on the bottom half of each slider bun.
- Top with additional barbecue sauce, sliced cheese, pickles, coleslaw, sliced onions, or any other toppings of your choice.
- Cover with the top half of the slider bun.
- Serve the BBQ beef sliders immediately, and you can also provide extra barbecue sauce on the side for dipping.
