Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Add the beef slices and toss to coat. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced ginger and garlic to the hot oil and stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add the bell pepper, onion, and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes to heat through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve the beef stir-fry over steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
