Ingredients: (For 4 People)
3 Cups Rigatoni Pasta (other pasta work fine too)
1/2 Yellow Onion
1 Tomato
1 Mild or Spicy Chorizo Sausage
1 tbsp. Ground Paprika
1 tbsp. Granulated Garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Peel and cut the chorizo into Fry without oil in a very hot pan for 5 minutes.
- Add the minced onion into the Season with Paprika.
- Add the diced tomatoes and sprinkle with the Granulated Garlic. Leave the pan to simmer.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta as indicated on the package and drain
- Serve the chorizo sauce hot over your Enjoy!
