- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 1 cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Low Sodium Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp. Dried Thyme
- 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
- Chopped fresh Parsley for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until
- Pour in the low sodium chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the skillet to deglaze it, picking up any browned bits.
- Stir in the low sodium heavy cream Oregano and Thyme. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes untilslightly thickened.
- Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet and spoon the creamy garlic sauce over Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the chicken to absorb the flavors of the sauce.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve the creamy garlic chicken over rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta, and pair it with your favorite steamed vegetables.
