Instructions:

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half Remove gently all yolks from the white.
  2. Keep 2 yolks on the side and mix the 2 others with a fork with Mayonnaise, Chives, and Paprika
  3. Garnish the egg whites with this mixture and place them on a dish lined with tomato Lightly salt.
  4. Grind the 2 remaining egg yolks and sprinkle them all over the dish.
