Instructions:

  1. Cut the mango in half, remove the core, and draw grids in the flesh of the fruit using a knife. Turn over the skin or use a spoon to collect the dice of mangoes.
  2. Incorporate the mango, kiwis, banana, apple juice, and Ginger in a Blend until the mixture is smooth. Add more juice if needed.
  3. Pour into 4 glasses and enjoy.
