Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced cabbage, Tarragon, and onions with olive oil, salt, and papper.
- Place the sausages and the seasoned peppers and onions directly on the grill grates.
- Grill the sausages, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have grill marks, usually about 10-12 minutes.
- At the same time, grill the peppers and onions until they are softened and slightly charred, about 8-10 minutes.
- Brush the glaze over the sausages, peppers, and onions during the last few minutes of grilling, allowing the flavors to meld together
- Remove the sausages, peppers, and onions from the grill.
- Serve the Grilled BBQ Sausage and Peppers on a platter or in buns as sandwiches.
