GRILLED BBQ SAUSAGE & PEPPERS

Ingredients: (For 4 People)
  • 4 sausages (your choice of flavor, such as Italian, bratwurst)
  • ½ green cabbage, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dried Tarragon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced cabbage, Tarragon, and onions with olive oil, salt, and papper.
  3. Place the sausages and the seasoned peppers and onions directly on the grill grates.
  4. Grill the sausages, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have grill marks, usually about 10-12 minutes.
  5. At the same time, grill the peppers and onions until they are softened and slightly charred, about 8-10 minutes.
  6. Brush the glaze over the sausages, peppers, and onions during the last few minutes of grilling, allowing the flavors to meld together
  7. Remove the sausages, peppers, and onions from the grill.
  8. Serve the Grilled BBQ Sausage and Peppers on a platter or in buns as sandwiches.
