Grilled Moroccan Spiced Chicken (Ground Coriander - Bonus)

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, ground coriander, ground cumin, ground paprika, ground cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix to create a marinade.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  6. Serve the Grilled Moroccan Spiced Chicken with lemon wedges for a burst of citrus flavor.
