Herb - Roasted Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the herb mixture over them, making sure to coat each thigh evenly.
  4. Use your hands to rub the herb mixture into the chicken,ensuring it's well-coated.
  5. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and roast for about 35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy and golden brown.
  6. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Serve the herb-roasted chicken thighs with your favorite side dishes, such as roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
