  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the dried rosemary, dried thyme, dried sage, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the pork tenderloin all over with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle the herb and spice mixture evenly over the pork, pressing it gently to adhere.
  5. Place the seasoned pork tenderloin on a baking sheet or in a roasting pan.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  8. Slice the roasted pork tenderloin into medallions and serve.
  9. This herb-roasted pork tenderloin pairs well with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
