HERB-ROASTED PORK TENDERLOIN (GLUTEN FREE)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the Rosemary, Thyme, Sage, Granulated Garlic, salt, and papper.
  3. Rub the pork tenderloin all over with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle the herb and spice mixture evenly over the pork, pressing it gently to adhere.
  5. Place the seasoned pork tenderloin on a baking sheet or in a roasting pan.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C)
  7. Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  8. Slice the roasted pork tenderloin into medallions and serve!
