- Lb Pork Tenderloin
- 2 Olive Oil
- 2 tsp.s Dried Rosemary
- 2 tsp.s Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp. Dried Sage
- 1 tsp. Granulated Garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the Rosemary, Thyme, Sage, Granulated Garlic, salt, and papper.
- Rub the pork tenderloin all over with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the herb and spice mixture evenly over the pork, pressing it gently to adhere.
- Place the seasoned pork tenderloin on a baking sheet or in a roasting pan.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C)
- Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Slice the roasted pork tenderloin into medallions and serve!
