  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, dried thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Pour the honey mustard mixture over the chicken thighs, spreading it evenly to coat each piece.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is golden brown and crispy.

Tips and Variations:

  • If you prefer boneless, skinless chicken thighs, you can use them instead. Just reduce the cooking time as they may cook faster.
