  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, and dried thyme.
  4. Heat cooking oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  6. Remove the skillet from the heat and brush the honey mustard glaze over the pork chops.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  8. Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Serve the honey mustard glazed pork chops with your favorite sides, such as roasted potatoes and steamed vegetables.

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce to the honey mustard glaze.
