Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, Oregano, Granulated Garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
-
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the meatballs in the killet, making sure not to overcrowd them. Cook the meatballs in batches if necessary.
-
Cook the meatballs for about 8-10 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they are browned on all sides and cooked all the way through.
-
If desired, heat marinara sauce in a separate saucepan. Once the meatballs are cooked, you can serve them with the marinara sauce for dipping or spoon the sauce over the meatballs.
-
Garnish the lamb meatballs with fresh basil leaves, if desired.
- Serve the lamb meatballs as an appetizer or as a main dish with a side of pasta, rice, or toasted bread.
