  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and place them in the greased baking dish.
  4. Brush the herb mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well-coated.
  5. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
