OVEN-ROASTED SALMON

Ingredients: (For 4 People)

  • Lb Salmon Fillets 4 Olive Oil
  • 4 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced.
  • 2 tsp. Dried Dill Weed
  • 2 tsp. Dried Chives
  • 4 Lemon Wedges (for serving)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
  3. In a small bowl, create a marinade by whisking together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dill Weed, Chives, salt, and pepper.
