Ingredients: (For 4 People)
- ½ Pumpkin (can be purchased pre-cut)
- 1 Onion
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 liter (4 cups) chicken stock
- 2 Tbsp. Dried Thyme
- 2 Tbsp. Ground Bay Leaves
- ½ cup Half & Half
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley for presentation

Instructions:
- Carefully wash the whole pumpkin, and dry Cut the top out of the pumpkin, then carefully remove the seeds. Peel the pumpkin and carefully chop the flesh into cubes.
