SAUTEED SHRIMPS WITH GARLIC AND PARSLEY (GLUTEN FREE)

Ingredients: (For 4 Pers)

  • 24 large, Peeled Shrimp
  • 1 tbsp. Granulated Garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Dried Parsley
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 glass of Dry White Wine (such as Chardonnay)
  • 3 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1 Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the prawns. Start with a high heat then lower the power and cook for 3 minutes.

2 Add the Garlic and Parsley, then the lemon juice and white wine, and then season with salt and pepper.

3 Let cook for 2 minutes. Serve this dish with lemon slices and a few parsley leaves.

4 Present this dish with Jasmine rice on the side or just as is for an appetizer.
