Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the gluten-free soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the glaze mixture evenly over the tops of the fillets, reserving a little for later.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove the salmon from the oven and brush the reserved glaze over the fillets for an extra burst of flavor.
  6. Let the salmon rest for a few minutes before serving.

Tips:

  • Adjust the amount of sriracha sauce to suit your desired level of spiciness. Add more for a fiery kick or reduce it for a milder taste.
  • Serve the spicy glazed salmon with a side of steamed vegetables and rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
  • Garnish the salmon with freshly chopped cilantro or green onions for added freshness and color.
