Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the gluten-free soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the glaze mixture evenly over the tops of the fillets, reserving a little for later.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the salmon from the oven and brush the reserved glaze over the fillets for an extra burst of flavor.
- Let the salmon rest for a few minutes before serving.
Tips:
- Adjust the amount of sriracha sauce to suit your desired level of spiciness. Add more for a fiery kick or reduce it for a milder taste.
- Serve the spicy glazed salmon with a side of steamed vegetables and rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
- Garnish the salmon with freshly chopped cilantro or green onions for added freshness and color.
