- 1 Lb. Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Yellow Onion
- 1 Shortcrust pastry (Can be found at most grocery stores)
- 1 tbsp. Dried Cilantro
- 1 tbsp. Dried Basil
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- ½ cup Parmesan Shavings
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°f
- Peel and chop the onions. Fry them over low heat in a pan with olive oil for 10 minutes.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet and spread the onions on the dough.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and arrange them on the onions, cut side Fold the edge of the dough to create a crust.
- Season with Basil and Cilantro salt and pepper.
- Bake for around 20 minutes
- Add a drizzle of olive oil and parmesan shavings when serving the tart.
